EVO Japan 2025の開催にあたり、当日の運営を手伝っていただけるボランティアスタッフを募集いたします。皆様のご応募をお待ちしております。
※日本国内在住者に限ります。
Volunteer Application Guidelines
EVO Japan 2025 is looking for volunteers to help with the tournament operations.

募集内容（クリックして詳細を展開）
■活動実施日：2025年5月8日（木）～5月11日（日）
■活動場所：東京ビッグサイト ※詳細な場所は追ってお知らせします。
■活動時間：最大14時間の拘束時間 （食事休憩・休憩・待機時間含む）を予定しています。
■主な活動内容
・各メインタイトルの予選におけるジャッジ（勝敗管理）とその報告
・参加者の受付や誘導などのスタッフ
・外国語話者の参加者への外国語対応
・機材の設営、回収、撤去などの軽作業 ※8日（木）の作業は主にこれらの軽作業のみとなります。
※ご希望される業務を第一希望から第三希望まで選択ください
なるべくご希望に添えるようにいたしますが、ご希望に添えない可能性もございますので予めご了承ください。

■支給品
・スタッフユニフォーム（Tシャツ）
※お持ち帰りいただけます。
・お弁当（昼食・夕食）
※ボランティア参加時間にあわせて支給いたします。

■応募資格
日本国内在住者に限ります。
18歳以上かつ、いずれかのメイン競技タイトルのゲーム内容に興味があり、明るく、日本語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方。※連日参加の方、外国語も対応可能な方、大歓迎。
ご応募いただきました方につきましては審査がございます。ご参加いただけない場合や、活動内容などのご希望に添えないこともございますので予めご了承ください。

※複数日程へのご応募も可能です。終日参加できる方を優先いたします。また、ジャッジでの活動をご希望の場合は事前の説明会に必ずご参加いただくようお願いいたします。

3月22日（土）18：00頃までに採否のご連絡をいたします。
■注意事項
・日当および交通費・宿泊費などの支給はありません。
・説明会を実施いたします。
・ボランティアスタッフのトーナメントへのエントリーは可能です。
※トーナメント運営に参加希望の場合は、1タイトル参加の方に限ります。
※トーナメント運営未経験者は5月8日（木）の事前レクチャー受講が必須となります。
・従事いただく活動の内容は、実行委員会およびボランティア事務局にて調整させていただきます。
・当日は、スタッフユニフォーム（Tシャツ）を着用いただきます。
・パンツ・靴について指定はございませんが、動きやすい服装でご参加ください。
・当日の手荷物等は最小限でお願いします。
・禁止事項や免責事項、肖像権および個人情報の取り扱い等については、大会規約およびプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
・実行委員会（ドメイン：evojapan.gg もしくは service.evojapan.gg）から登録メールアドレスにご連絡します。受付完了メールが届いているかご確認ください。
Details of Application (Click to read the details.)
■Date of volunteer: May 8 (Thu) to May 11 (Sun),2025
■Location: TOKYO BIG SIGHT*We'll let participants know the detailed location later.
■Hours: Expected constraint time is 14 hours (including meal breaks, breaks, and waiting time) at a maximum
■Main activities:
- Judging (win-loss management) and reporting at the qualifying tournaments for each main title
- Reception and guidance for competitors
- Foreign language support for visitors
- Light works such as setting up, retrieving and removing equipment *The work on May 8 will mainly consist of these light works only.
*Please let us know your first to third preference.
We will do our best to meet your request, but please be aware that we may not be able to meet your request.

■Supplied items
Staff uniform (T-shirt)

■ Application requirement
Applicants must be residents of Japan.
Applicants must be 18 years and older, be interested in at least one of the main tournament titles, be cheerful with anyone, and be able to communicate in Japanese.
*Those who can participate on consecutive days or can speak foreign languages are most welcome.
We will screen all applicants. Please note that we may not be able to accept your participation as a volunteer, or we may not be able to meet your requests regarding the nature of the activity you would like to do.
■ How to Apply
Please fill out the application form below.
*You may apply for multiple dates. Those who can attend the entire day are prioritized. If you wish to be a referee, please attend the prior briefing session.
■ Application Deadline
23:59 on March 16, 2025 (Sun) (JST)
*Applicants will be notified of the result at appropriate times.
■ Communication of acceptance or rejection
We will inform you of acceptance or rejection by around 18:00 on March 22.
■Notes
No daily allowance, transportation, or lodging will be provided.
A briefing session will be held.
Volunteer staff can participate in the tournament.
*If you wish to volunteer as a tournament management, you can only participate in one title.
*If you are new to tournament management, you must attend the lecture on May 8 (Thu).
The details of the volunteer activities will be coordinated by the Executive Committee and the Volunteer Office.
On the day of the event, volunteer staff members will be required to wear a staff uniform (T-shirt) or a jumper (loaner).
There are no requirements for pants or shoes, but please wear clothes that are easy to move in.
Please keep baggage to a minimum on the day of the event.
Prohibited matters, Disclaimers, portrait rights, and handling of personal information, etc. will be in accordance with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
